» How is my e-card sent?
Whether you choose to send e-cards with your own email client or via our e-send system, the email arrives with a URL (or optionally as a “clickable” graphic) which opens in a web browser when the recipient clicks on it.
» Can I send my e-card to multiple recipients at once?
Our e-send system allows you to upload a list of contacts and send them the e-card at once. If you choose to send the e-card with your own email client, you would follow the same process when you send regular emails to multiple recipients.
» How long is the link to my e-card available for my company to use?
Unless you also have occasional e-cards, or make alternate arrangements, links are available for use until the end of January. If you would like more information on this please contact us.
» Who else in the industry has the same e-card as my company?
Our e-cards designs are open to any company in any industry to use. Some of our customers prefer to have industry exclusivity so that no one else in their industry can use it for this season. Vivid offers various options for exclusive usage rights.
» How can I add a personal message to my electronic holiday message?
You can customize the text of your e-mail message with whatever you like, and then include the link to your e-card within your email.
» Can I add a personal message into the actual e-card?
The e-card can be customized to include your company’s chosen message. If a per user customized message is an absolute requirement, we can work with you to determine the additional programming required to allow the e-card to accommodate a personal message within the e-card.
» Can I track the number of hits on the e-cards I sent?
If you choose to use Vivid’s e-send system, admin access to the system will allow you to check the number of sends, bounces and the number of times the URL of your e-card has been accessed.
» Can Vivid send my e-card to all the email addresses in my database on my behalf?
Just send us a .csv file with your clean email address database and with an additional fee we can send your e-card for you.
» Can my e-card play within the body of the recipient’s email?
It is not technically possible for this type of electronic file to open and play automatically within the body of the recipients email.
» Can I have a holiday graphic open in my email that recipients can click on to open the e-card in their web browser?
Your e-card can be programmed so that the recipient receives an email with a “clickable” graphic to the e-card. Alternatively, we can provide you with an HTML email and embedded gif that your company’s IT department can set up.
» Can I add music to my e-card?
View our collection of popular holiday songs that can be added to your e-card. If you have a specific piece of music in mind let us know.
» Can I add a video to my e-card?
Provide us with the video in the correct format and aspect ratio and we can add it into the card. Contact us directly for more information on this option.
